Sam works at the intersection of storytelling, education, and the cultivation of collective curiosity. With roots in marketing and communications strategy, they are an e-learning community builder drawn to community-led, non-hierarchical approaches to learning within arts and culture.
Their work spans music and culture programming, archiving and memory work, curriculum design, photo and video production, copywriting and project management. Working across entertainment, education, and social-impact spaces, Sam has supported organizations from early ideation through long-term growth, and has led and supported teams at organizations including In Session, Berklee College of Music, L’Oréal, BCW Global, and Sony Music.
Sam currently serves as Director of Marketing and Communications at Berklee City Music (Berklee College of Music), and occasionally teaches, writes, takes photos, makes music and jewelry.
